THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION INCLUDES ON CALL DUTIES

As a Deputy Manager you will be supporting the Registered Manager in overseeing services within Sutton but this can expand to other areas as the business develop. You will work very closely with the Care Provider, and all its partners in line with the company visions and philosophy of care.
The main focus of your work will support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the administration, care, and support functions of the (business) service . You will also be required to deputise for the function of the Registered Manager during their absence.
You will be required to manage the service in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Manager, the Registered Provider, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practice, and within the financial plans agreed, from time-to-time, with the Registered Provider.
