• To monitor Supplier performance on monthly & YY basis & guide SQE team accordingly.
• To carryout gap analysis & initiate CAPA aligning the SQA targets.
• To monitor & control nonconformance in components at supplier.
• To promote quality awareness among suppliers
• To ensure cross functional coordination for resolution of quality issues reported in plant.
• To plan & execute meetings with suppliers on monthly basis.
• To plan the strategic road map to improve supplier performance.
• To Freeze & achieve department objective linking to plant objectives.
