This means taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising / coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

Qualifications

HC‑One is looking for a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and a background in person‑led care planning within a care home. You should have a positive, enthusiastic approach, be a natural mentor, manage time effectively, maintain meaningful records, and communicate with residents and colleagues in a considerate and kind manner.
