Position: Deputy Headteacher

Hours: Full time, Term time

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (DOE)

Greenfields School is a specialist independent school catering for up to 30 pupils aged 9 to 16 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, determined, and committed Deputy Head to join our Senior Management Team and help plan and implement policies, practice, and working procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Teacher in formulating aims and objectives of the school.
• Establish policies, practices, and structures; manage staff and resources.
