(What the role is) You will be part of a team in the Notes and Services Division of Currency Department that is responsible for the issuing, receiving and processing of Singapore currency notes and bullion vaulting activities. (What you will be working on) Details of your role and responsibilities are as follows: Support the Division Head in the planning, development and execution of end-to-end bullion vaulting initiatives
Develop policies and procedures to ensure the bullion vaulting activities can be performed safely, securely and efficiently
Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders on all aspects of bullion vaulting activities, including movement, verification, and audit of bullion
Manage vault space to optimise storage capacity
Maintain accurate records, logs and documentation on bullion transactions and holdings
Perform daily reconciliation between physical vault holdings and system records
