            Job Description

Support and deputize for the Cost Control Manager across all cost control activities.
Lead and coordinate a team of cost controllers responsible for Owner's Costs.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, commitment tracking, change management, and cash flow projections.
Consolidate monthly and Life-of-Project (LOP) cost reports.
Drive annual budget preparation and periodic budget updates.
Monitor cost risks and opportunities and support budget holders in mitigation planning.
Act as the primary interface between Cost Control and Finance functions.
Coordinate monthly accrual reviews, cash calls, intercompany reconciliations, and audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with Joint Venture accounting and cost recoverability requirements.
Support SAP cost control structure implementation, including WBS, cost centres, and allocation methodologies.
