Oversee and coordinate HR, Treasury, IT, Trade Operations, ESG, Corporate Communications, and Internal Audit/Risk to ensure efficient, compliant and customer‑focused operations. Lead process improvements, functional innovation, and enterprise projects aligned with the 5‑Year Strategic Plan, ensuring standardised SOPs, SLAs and RACI frameworks.
Progressively take ownership of P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow optimisation. Lead liquidity and working capital management, banking relationships, FX exposure, cashflow forecasting and securing banking trade lines. Present monthly treasury/financial performance to the GM/MD/Board.
Ensure strong trade operations-accurate documentation, timely shipments, robust controls, and high customer service. Implement KPIs and process controls while reducing document cycle times to accelerate collections.
