Our client isa global leader in consumer products manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling secretarial and administrative support.
  • Filing and maintaining customers’ databases.
  • Managing travel arrangements e.g. air ticket, visa application, hotel booking, car rental reservation, etc. for directors and employees in the departments.
  • Preparing travel and general expenses report for the directors using Concur software tool.
  • Creating purchasing requisitions for the departments using SAP & Ariba working tools.
  • Managing visitors, and customers in the office including preparing invitation letters and relevant papers for visa applications for oversea visitors & customers.
  • Managing meeting arrangements e.g. reserving and setting up the meeting room, preparing coffee breaks and lunch, and other requirements relating to the meeting.
  • Managing and coordinating workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
