**Environmental Planning and Permitting Manager – Minnesota**

Are you passionate about the environment and want to make a difference? Terracon is seeking a growth-oriented Environmental Planning and Permitting (EPP) Manager for our Minnesota team. We are looking for candidates with the ability to build and lead a multidisciplinary team with expertise in waters of the U.S./permitting, listed species, NEPA, and cultural resources. The position will reside in either our Plymouth or St. Paul office and we offer a hybrid work environment.
