As part of our exciting expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Department Manager to join our growing Operations Team. This pivotal role ensures the seamless day-to-day running of the Audio and Vision departments while collaborating closely with department heads and the Operations Team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining Sterling's renowned reputation for technical artistry and creativity in the live events industry.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• To significantly contribute to the smooth running of the Audio and Vision departments.
• Manage, coordinate and delegate daily department tasking as outlined by Operations Team and Head of Department.
