- To enable and optimise performance standards, sales campaigns, deliver robust MIS and analytics and drive operational efficiencies, orchestrating collaboration with key stakeholders and partners to turn strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
Experience
- 8+ years generalist management in a senior role overseeing a large organisational unit with at least 5 years in a sales enablement, performance optimisation or strategy support role.
- Or as a specialist in a leadership role such as a manager or head of a division in a bank.
