More experience the better, but office does typically perform anterior, bicuspid and sometimes molar endo as well as surgical extractions of non-impacted 3rds (case by case). Office is setup/ability for someone to perform endo/implants routinely, with staff who assist on those procedures as well, just depends on the associate ability/preference. Office do place both amalgam and composite restorations, and all of the crows are fabricated in a local lab (non-Cerec). Office takes both traditional impressions using triple trays and PVS, they are not scanning yet and don’t plan to start anytime soon in this office. Paper charts used.
