As a Field Sales Consultant, you will represent the face of Oral‑B and the broader P&G company to dental health professionals. In this multi‑faceted field‑selling role you will drive usage and recommendation among dental professionals and improve the presence of Oral‑B in dental practices within your assigned territory.
You will collaborate with your manager to develop and implement strategies and business plans that deliver KPIs such as Usage, Recommendation, and Sales. You will develop expertise in areas including dental/oral health, clinical research, product knowledge, persuasive selling, and technical support.
Occasional travel to dental industry events, trade fairs, and conferences will be required. Some interstate travel is expected.
