At Lily Head Dental Practice Sales, we help dentists buy and sell dental practices across the UK.

For many dental practice owners, selling their business is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their career. For buyers, finding the right practice can be life-changing. Our role is to bring the right people together, guide the conversation and help successful deals take shape.

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Sales Negotiator to join our team.

Working alongside our Business Brokers, you will help launch dental practices to market, generate buyer interest, negotiate offers and help agree sales that are ready to progress.

This is a role for someone who is impressive on the phone, enjoys building relationships, understands how to create excitement around an opportunity and knows how to turn conversations into action.
