We are looking for a professional, articulate, compassionate, and organized dental assistant with excellent customer service skills to join our Biological and Physiological Dental Practice. Dental experience is recommended and will allow you to absorb new information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and treatment procedures
• Perform sterilization procedures and maintain infection control standards
• Set up and break down the treatment room and equipment
• Answer phones and greet patients
• Present treatment plans and explain recommendations
• Collect payments and manage patient billing
• Follow up with patients for appointments and care instructions
• Communicate with referring doctors regarding patient status
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Dental experience is recommended.
