Overview

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partieon behalf of one of our clients, a luxury estate hotel. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Responsibilities

• Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
• Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service.
• Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Helping to keep service smooth, efficient and professional.
• Contributing to stock control, prep and organisation.
