Position Overview

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MT SC Digital Demand Planning Transformation Lead. The role is based in Switzerland with opportunities also in Belgium, Ireland, or New Jersey, United States. The lead will own the global Plan System transformation program for Demand Planning across MedTech BU’s and Regions, aligning it with the MedTech SC digital transformation strategy and roadmap. They will standardize underlying Plan technologies, integrate them, and ensure successful delivery of the overall program.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Shape the MedTech Plan System vision & strategy for Demand Planning to transform the MT planning landscape and align it with the MT SC digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Develop & deploy Demand Planning system / capability roadmap considering highly complex interdependencies with MT must wins and strategic programs such as SigniFi and TranSCend.
