Role Mission
* This role ensures end-to-end demand and supply alignment for Vietnam by delivering accurate demand forecasts, securing reliable supply, and enabling seamless operational execution. The mission is to:
+ Drive collaborative, high-accuracy forecasting across all business units (Home Solutions, Power Products, Digital Energy, IA Ops Automation) - Focusing Transactional
+ Balance demand and supply with proactive risk identification and mitigation (Rev Risk)
+ Ensure inventory health, revenue delivery, and high customer service levels
+ Build planning maturity using digital tools, automation, and advanced analytics
