About the role

The Demand & Operations Intern role is part of the Pinhome Home Service Team, where you'll be directly involved in the daily operations of the business. This internship offers hands-on experience in understanding how operational processes run—ranging from demand-supply matchmaking and demand growth initiatives, to collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners.

What You Will Do

• Balance supply and demand in the region.
• Enhance the supply lifecycle and improve quality standards.
• Monitor income streams (organic and inorganic) to elevate the well-being of Pinhome partners.
• Foster strong engagement and a seamless experience for Pinhome partners, both online and offline.
• Build trust and safety measures to protect stakeholders in the ecosystem.
