**Other responsibilities:**

+ Auditing Timesheets for accuracy of hours, projects and pay types.
+ Auditing for employee signatures and approvals prior to processing for Compliance and Policy restrictions.
+ Providing accurate, friendly and professional customer service to employees working in multiple states.
+ Providing guidance to HR business partners on State Labor Laws and timelines for payouts.
+ Opening and closing customer cases in a timely and concise manner.
+ Testing new programs and processes as needed, updating desk top procedures as programs change.
