            Job Description  Monitor customers' daily operational needs 
Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries 
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and services providers to resolve any issues or complaints that may arise in the delivery process 
Ensure that’s everything runs smoothly by coordinating with customers 
Providing precise logistics for drivers to follow along on their routes, and coordinating delivery times 
Monitor the progress of drivers and shipments, ensuring that they adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines 
Ensure truck’s availability meet customer’s requirement 
Handle driver’s on-off days, work and rest hours 
Communicate with CSC KL on vehicle availability & delivery schedule 
Monitor driver working hour policy 
Communicate / update with supervisor regarding truck maintanance
