Under general supervision, the Delivery Account Manager performs a variety of customer service, administrative, and account management duties in support of customers including: order processing, customer relations, strategy, and sales support functions. Employees in this job class will be responsible for replenishing product in customer facilities and vending machines in accordance with a pre-designated schedule and/or customer requests, and managing win/win relationships with customers through timely research and response to customer inquiries, order status and resolving production, shipping and scheduling issues.
