The Product Specialist is responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The position is part of the US Wealth Payments Team, specifically in the Debit Card team that is responsible for all facets of Citibank’s debit cards. This includes how a Citibank customer can request a card, the card package sent to the customer, the design of the card, activation of the card, and the use of the card at merchants.

**Responsibilities:**

+ The role's primary focus will be on the debit card delivery journey. This includes card distribution flow from how customers can order a card, to the card carrier information, how they then activate the debit card.
