The Singapore Judicial College (SJC) aspires to be an institute of higher judicial learning that successfully imparts the necessary skills and competencies required of a judge today. It is a key centre for articulating the vision of the Judiciary and its defining values, enabling and empowering judges to realise that vision and operate a justice system that delivers to the expectations of all its users.

The SJC is entering its next transformative chapter and we are seeking a leader with the vision and strategic acumen to build on the SJC’s efforts over the past decade and to lead the SJC in its next phase. As a key appointment holder in the Judiciary, the Dean heads the SJC, works in close partnership with the SJC’s Executive Director (a sitting judge) and reports to the SJC Board of Governors.
