Join our Capital Markets Accounting Advisory & Structuring team to advise clients on the accounting, company law and capital markets issues.

As a Capital Markets Advisory Services (CMAS) Senior Manager, you will work in dynamic teams directly for senior stakeholders at a range of clients across industry sectors in the UK & around the world. We are a solution‑oriented business within the Deals Line of Service, working alongside other parts of the firm (such as M&A Tax) and other professional advisors to provide technical expertise on accounting, structuring, and capital markets considerations across the CMAS business.
