Degree or Diploma in Management, Business, or a related field advantageous 
Valid Code 8 driver's licence 
510 years' experience in a senior management role within the trucking, automotive, or commercial vehicle industry 
Proven experience managing sales, aftersales, workshop, and branch operations 
Strong financial management, budgeting, and profitability oversight skills 
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams 
Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills 
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve operational performance 
Sound knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk management practices 
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities
