Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of moderate to complex projects from original concept through completion
- Define project scope, develop schedules and budgets, and identify resource requirements, deliverables, and timeframes for completion
- Act as the single point of contact for the team and coordinate activities with internal/external groups
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate activities of several project teams
- Develop reports, analytics, and assessment tools to evaluate performance and improvement opportunities
- Raise and maintain awareness of all project issues and risks and work with appropriate personnel to develop solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Drive continuous process improvement in assigned areas of the business
