Position Title: Instructor Senior Analyst

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2

Overall Purpose

The Instructional Design Senior Analyst works with different training resources and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create self‑paced or instructor‑led courses required for Capability Development training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop effective learning content using appropriate delivery methods.
• Analyze competency and knowledge requirements to design an effective training model for learner needs.
• Participate in training reviews and feedback sessions from training resources to apply recommendations.
• Conduct research, extensive fact‑checking and validation to support the accuracy of information added to content.
