Beyond day-to-day kitchen operations, we are looking for someone who can contribute to product development, location-level management, process improvement, and gradually evolve into a broader leadership role within the organization.</p> <p>The candidate must be highly particular about food quality, inventory control, costing systems, discipline, SOP implementation, and team building, with the ability to recruit, train, and manage a kitchen team while maintaining company standards.</p>...
