**Overall Job Summary**

**This position will work Shift 12A - Saturday to Monday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.** This position is responsible for leading and developing a team of hourly team members. This position is also responsible for establishing daily production goals and will monitor stands to improve performance within their assigned department.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**

+ Provide visible leadership and drive a motivated, positive, productive workforce to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
