**Job Summary:**
Qualified candidates are responsible for maintaining, repairing and the assessment of Facility equipment and buildings/grounds. Candidate will be required to physically maintain all integral components in a manner consistent with manufacturing standards.

**Responsibilities:**

**Key Accountabilities:**

+ Responsible for maintaining, repairing and the assessment of conveyor systems, material handling equipment and warehouse storage racking and related components
+ Abides by TCP and state regulated safety policies
+ Notifies Supervisor of any safety concerns or violations
+ Supports Maintenance Supervisor with routine facility inspections, fire system inspections, light tenant improvement projects, etc.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Provide excellent customer service to all internal customers
