This role focuses on structural welding in a high-production fabrication shop, working primarily with MIG and flux core processes. You will interpret blueprints, set up and weld components in multiple positions, and ensure high-quality, code-compliant welds on structural steel. The position operates on a steady, planned workload with an emphasis on safety, precision, and consistent production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Weld structural components proficiently using MIG and flux core processes in vertical (3G), overhead, and horizontal positions.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and welding procedures accurately.
