**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead and coordinate nightly shipping operations to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time order fulfillment
+ Supervise and support team members, providing direction, coaching, and real-time problem resolution
+ Monitor loading activities, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
+ Collaborate with plant, dispatch, and logistics teams to optimize workflow and meet customer needs
+ Identify process improvements and drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
