The role provides critical on-the-ground leadership across operating units, coordinating activities between operations, maintenance, technical, and support organizations to deliver against the refinery’s daily and weekly operating plans.

The DSL is accountable for reinforcing operational discipline, managing risk, and driving performance aligned with production, safety, and environmental expectations.
