Job Overview
Under guidance, supports the creation and maintenance of client-specific database specifications, configuring ad‑hoc databases from standard IQVIA systems to meet contractual and operational requirements.
Essential Functions
Receives and documents requests for ad‑hoc client databases, including sell‑in and sell‑out territorial definitions.Defines database specifications ensuring that client requirements are correctly translated into data content instructions.Manually configures database definitions within IQVIA systems, following established procedures and quality standards.Ensures accuracy and completeness of all manual definitions, recognising the high‑risk nature of ad‑hoc configurations.Supports delivery during peak workload periods, such as parallel runs and renewal cycles, ensuring continuity of service.
