About the Role

We are seeking a consultative-first technical leader with 7–8 years of experience who can combine strong product understanding with deep migration expertise. This role requires the ability to engage confidently with customers, translate business requirements into effective migration strategies, and drive end-to-end migration success aligned with customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the Chargebee product and articulate migration impact in clear, business-oriented language.
• Lead consultative customer conversations, clarifying objectives, setting expectations, and proactively identifying risks.
• Translate customer business workflows and desired outcomes into well-defined migration strategies and technical requirements.
• Own end-to-end migration delivery, including complex data transformations, validation, reconciliation, and live/delta migrations.
