About the Role

We are seeking a Data Management Specialist to serve as a dedicated resource supporting Enterprise Customer Communication (ECC) - Join the Bank (JTB) data needs, with a targeted focus on advancing data provisioning capabilities for our customer communication platforms, Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) and Pega.
Key Responsibilities
+ Business Engagement & Requirements: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, define, and maintain data quality requirements and specifications.
+ Data Research / Analysis: Develop deep understanding of data concepts; gather data requirements; define file specifications; design and build data feed processes; and create extract queries.
