We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Exchange team at Marsh . This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days in office.
Data Exchange Analyst
We will count on you to:
- Manage and maintain the operational readiness of critical data transfer applications and infrastructure.
- Build and enhance data transfers for internal and external clients, ensuring security compliance.
- Address tickets and resolve issues using ServiceNow, including triaging and resolving incident tickets.
- Participate in client calls to understand requirements, address change tickets, and ensure service satisfaction.
- Automate batch processing tasks, integrate applications, and manage platforms across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
