The data entry clerk is in support of the HIV/AIDS, Ryan White grant. As there are multiple grants that exist within the Family Health Center, the data entry clerk would be both as primary to Ellis Medicine and secondary to our HIV grant partners. In addition, the data entry clerk will:


+ Input data into the AIRS system for New York State under the direction of the AIDS Institute and the Ryan White grant to the Ellis Primary Care Family Medicine Residency Program.

+ Timely input of all required data reporting measures, as well as quality reporting.




EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):


+ High School Diploma or equivalent




PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The position is located indoors under normal working conditions. Should be able to push/pull 25 lb., lift/move 15 lb. from floor to table, be able to perform moderately difficult manual manipulations such as using a key board, writing and filing...
