We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst / Data Architect to help improve the quality and visibility of service management data within a large enterprise environment.
You will bring together data from three separate platforms, reconcile and validate it, identify inconsistencies, and produce a single, trusted view of operational performance. Working closely with ServiceNow and operational teams, you will translate complex data into meaningful insights that support decision making and service improvement.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands data, can quickly identify issues, and turn fragmented information into clear, accurate reporting.
