Job Role Summary

Hybrid role at the intersection of data modelling, data engineering, and data governance. Reports to the CTG Architecture function with a dotted line to the Data function. Requires strategic vision to design enterprise‑scale data architectures and technical expertise to build robust data pipelines and integrations. Ensures all data designs derived from changes and products align with enterprise data strategy, defined principles, and adherence to data standards. Shapes how data is structured, governed, and moved across the business – from market‑facing transactional systems to analytical platforms – collaborating closely with underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, and data teams.
