MANTECH seeks a Solution Engineer specialized in Generative AI and Rapid Prototyping to support our growing Data and AI Practice.

You will collaborate with Solution Specialists, Practice Growth Partners, Capture Managers, and Technical and Business SMEs to shape and deliver compelling, visually impactful technical solutions and pre-sales deliverables that align with client missions and MANTECH's AI strategic vision. This role heavily emphasizes designing and building technical demonstrations that showcase cutting-edge applications of generative AI and rapidly creating proofs-of-concept for a broad range of AI-related capabilities by leveraging AI-assisted software development tools.

**Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):**

+ Develop and deliver highly impactful technical demonstrations, rapid proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and whitepapers to showcase Data and AI Practice capabilities, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Automation.
