Data Analytics & Insights Manager, Commercial Insurance (CI) Asia
Purpose: Lead and own the use of data and insights to set and monitor strategies, initiatives and day to day performance metrics to drive better business outcomes as well as champion a data driven culture within the organization.
Key Accountabilities
Active monitoring of all underwriting and broker performance data, including monthly tracking of submissions, quotes, binds, lost accounts and broker growth. The data should be used to develop useful insights and drive meaningful actions with Customer Distribution Management (CDM) and Underwriting (UW) team to produce improved renewal retention and new business outcomes.Active monitoring and engagement with respect to Broker Statement of Work and Rank data, Pipeline and related opportunities.
