Provide functional support for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including data structures, objects, workflows, and user support.

Investigate and resolve Salesforce data quality and process issues, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Deliver training to cross-functional teams on creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards.

Analyze, document, and translate data requirements into detailed specifications, including source to target mappings, transformation rules, and data quality checks.

Perform detailed data analysis to troubleshoot issues and support data pipeline processes.
