As a CRM Lead Functional Consultant (BizApps), you will play a client‑facing, leadership role in the discovery, design, and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.

- Client Advisory & Leadership
Lead client engagements as a functional CRM/BizApps authority, advising on how Dynamics 365 and Power Platform can solve complex business challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business strategy into CRM and digital transformation roadmaps.
