About the Role

We’re looking for a D2C Growth Lead who owns Cleevo’s Shopify channel end to end -revenue, retention, conversion, and AOV. Not a coordinator. Not someone who reports numbers. Someone who moves them.

You’ll work closely with the founders, performance marketing, and content teams to drive growth on our D2C channel — improving repeat purchase rates, growing AOV through bundles and upsells, and building retention flows that actually work. This channel needs an owner, not a manager.

What You’ll Do

● Own Cleevo’s Shopify channel end to end - revenue, retention, conversion rate, and AOV

● Build and optimise email and WhatsApp retention flows that drive repeat purchase without paid spend

● Grow AOV through bundles, cross-sells, upsells, and subscription mechanics - test, iterate, and scale what works
