Provide presales technical support for cybersecurity solutions, including product demonstrations, presentations, and POC setup for customers and partners.
Collaborate with the Sales team to design and position solutions that meet customer IT and security requirements.
Participate in solution selling activities, assist with proposal development, and support RFI/RFP responses including compliance checks and clarifications.
Conduct lab testing to validate configurations, deployments, and product performance.
Stay updated on competitive technologies, solutions, and industry trends.
Deliver training and technical enablement for partners and internal teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
