1 Ability to perform CyberArk version Upgrade
2 Ability to work with the internal Project team and end customer to continue design and deployment activities and further enhance the PAM solution
3 DR activity (failover/failback) in CyberArk PAM
4 Knowledge or experience with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA (SAML, Azure SSO, etc)
5 Good Communication skills
6 Customization of existing connection components & Plugins (Added Advantage)
7 CyberArk Certification – CyberArk Defender (Added Advantage)
Your responsibilities:
• Work with the team and support the existing L2’s and L1’s with appropriate support in CyberArk
• Engage with the customer teams to provide the updates as needed
• Engage with the internal SME’s and provide/ define solutions to any issues that they need support with
