Role Overview:

The Cyber Security Incident Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing cyber security incidents across enterprise ICT environments, ensuring timely response, mitigation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate cyber security incident response activities

Develop and maintain incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes

Monitor threat and risk reporting channels and provide incident analysis

Maintain incident records and reporting dashboards

Provide incident response advice and mentorship to stakeholders

Coordinate internal and external response efforts
