_CEMA Integrator_

+ The Contractor will ascertain CEMA unit training objectives, then liaise across the installation to ensure Ft. Huachuca is able to maximize unit MDO training objectives and unit Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for Electronic Attack and Electronic Surveillance, realistic to Ft. Huachuca training capabilities.
+ The Contractor will work with range operations to develop, maintain, and sustain the MDO capabilities for electronic attack, electronic protection, and direction-finding operations.
+ The Contractor will ascertain training unit frequency spectrums along with training system/sensor (TADDS/TSAID) frequencies and ensure deconfliction with spectrum management.
